I went up to the owners, and they apparently didn't really care. Food was cold, some guests didn't eat the fish because it smelled, biggest waste of money. My flower girls and ring bearer were served $14 chicken tender meals that were burnt, and guests brought my daughters back, and was never replaced. Then it was time for dinner, served awful looking salads at around 8:10, then dinner didn't come out until 9. Electricity went out during cocktail our, barely saw the appetizers we ordered. Very rude to our DJ/Band and swore at them, which they told me if they were asked to do another wedding at the Eis House they wouldn't, because of the owner. Then it was Saturday at our wedding, it was raining out and 50 degrees, never came up to me, and asked if I wanted them to set up inside. My husband then called, and finally he gave us the money back. Do I start where they raised the priced over $2 a person 2 months before the wedding, or that we paid Paul the owner to get us a keg that wasn't in the facility, and then charged us 21 glasses at $3.75? Four people had to argue with him, then kept making up excuses about it.
